- Is there an age requirement to use the spa?
You must be 18 years of age or older to enjoy spa relaxation and locker.
- Can I store my valueables at the spa?
We will not be held responsible for any personal items and/or valuables brought into the spa or left in your locker. Please leave your valuables at home or in your in-room safe.
- Which method of payment can I use?
We accept all major credit cards. You may also charge services to your hotel bill. All prices are quotes in UAE Dirhams and include 10% service charge, 7% municipality fee and 5% VAT. Additionally, gratuities may be offered at your discretion. Prices and services are subject to change.
- What is your cancellation policy?
If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please notify the spa at least four hours in advance to avoid being the full service fee. Cancellations of packages or private parties require one week's notice.
- What is your hours of operation?
Spa Treatments: 10:00 AM - 10:00 PM, Daily
Spa Facilities: 7:00 AM - 10:00 PM, Daily
